Terms of Service

These terms set out the agreement between you and Autolist Online ("we", "us", "our") for the use of AutoListOnline. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information and forms part of these terms.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a contract. If you use the service on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to agree to these terms for that business.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the details on your account and for keeping your login secure. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has access to it.

One account is for one person or business. Do not share your login or resell access to the service.

Every new account gets 30 days of full access to the app without payment details. It is a one-off period per account. When it ends, you can subscribe to keep using the app; if you do not, access to the app stops and the data held in your account is removed. You can delete your account sooner at any time.

Pro access is available as a monthly or annual subscription, at the price shown at checkout in your local currency. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled.

You can cancel at any time from the Plans page or by contacting us. Your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, and no further payments are taken. If we change the price, we will tell you before it applies, and you can cancel first.

Payments are handled by Stripe. If you are a UK consumer you may have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of a purchase; because the service is digital and available immediately, that right may end once you start using it. Contact us if you think you are entitled to a refund and we will look at it fairly.

If you submit a genuine public post about AutoListOnline and it is approved, we grant 12 months of Pro access at no cost. Approval is at our discretion, one grant per account, and we may withdraw a grant if a submission turns out to be misleading or the post is removed. The grant has no cash value and does not renew automatically.

You agree not to:

• use the service to list or promote illegal, counterfeit, stolen or prohibited items;
• break the rules of any marketplace you sell on;
• copy, scrape, resell or redistribute the service or its output as a competing product;
• attempt to access other users' data, bypass security, or overload our systems;
• use the AI features to generate unlawful, deceptive or harmful content.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules.

AutoListOnline uses AI to draft listings, suggest prices, estimate sale rates and generate market insights. These are suggestions based on the information available to the model. They can be incomplete or wrong, and they are not a guarantee that an item will sell or that a price is correct.

You are responsible for reviewing and editing anything you publish, and for making sure it is accurate and complies with the marketplace you use.

AutoListOnline is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to eBay, Facebook Marketplace, Etsy, Vinted, Depop, Gumtree, Amazon or any other marketplace. We do not access your marketplace accounts and do not post listings on your behalf. You copy your finished listing across yourself, and your relationship with each marketplace is governed by that marketplace's own terms.

The accounting tools help you stay organised and produce estimates, including figures based on HMRC mileage rates. They are not a bookkeeping or accounts package, and nothing in the app is financial, tax or legal advice. Always check figures with a qualified accountant before relying on them for a tax return.

You keep ownership of the content you upload, such as your product photos and descriptions, and of the records you create. You give us permission to store and process that content so we can provide the service to you.

The app itself, including its design, software and branding, belongs to us and may not be copied or reused without our permission.

We work to keep AutoListOnline available and reliable, but we cannot promise uninterrupted service. We may update, improve or occasionally remove features. If we make a significant change that affects paid access, we will give reasonable notice where we can.

You can delete your account at any time from the app. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, if we are required to by law, or if we stop providing the service. Where access ends, the licence to use the app ends with it.

We do not exclude liability that cannot be excluded by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Subject to that, we are not liable for lost sales, lost profit, lost data or indirect losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you can also rely on the mandatory consumer protections of the country you live in.
